Working within Local Channel 8 KIFI news group taught me a variety of new skills. I wrote stories for news shows, including anchor and auxiliary scripts, assisted in directing shows and choosing which news stories to air, while video editing shows aired during ABC’s local prime time television. Lastly, I filmed segments featured on Sportsline and was trained in the role of Technical Director within the control room.
